After investigating the issue where the secondary password suddenly stops working, we have found the following solution:
While the primary password is not interested in account ID case sensitivity, the secondary password is.
In other words:
E.g. if you registered your Nexon ID as BELsazar
and want to log in with belsazar
, it will work, but you will receive an error message that your Secondary Password is wrong!
So you have to be sure that you pay attention to this little detail. If you registered as BeLsAzAr
, you have to login with BeLsAzAr
in order to to log in correctly with your secondary password.
- If you got the "error" message once, you have to reset your IP by resetting your router to be able to login after all (with the correct ID of course). This works in most cases, even with a static IP.
- If you still experience any issues and are unable to log in, please contact the Customer Support
. We will reset your password manually for you. - If you are uncertain in which way you registered your ID in the first place (xyZ or Xyz), you may contact us via the Customer Support and ask for the exact ID you have registered with in the first place. - Please provide all account relevant data such as birthdate, name, surname and email adress used during the registration of your account when contacting the Customer Support.
